We have a really strong culture and people often comment on our genuinely friendly and informal style. This, combined with a real passion for great ideas, makes Leo Burnett an exciting place to work.
We are proud to be one of The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For, for the last three years.
The Leo Burnett Group is one of the most creatively awarded communications agency in the UK. We are a truly integrated creative agency and strongly believe that a great idea can come from anywhere. If you want to be a part of this, then drop us a line at
Before you get in touch, you might want to take a look at some of the things we get up to...
The IPA has recently awarded us a CPD Gold Standard for our commitment and approach to training for the third year running. This is not a surprise when you consider that last year we delivered an average of 21 hours per person. We have an in-house trainer who delivers group training and one to one mentoring and we regularly participate in external industry training courses.
We also offer more innovative development opportunities such as The International Exchange (TIE): Each year we send someone to Brazil for a month to work with a small NGO and local agency to develop a campaign for a charitable cause. Find out more about Alice's travels and the campaign she developed to help save the street children of Recife at The International Exchange.
Our graduate training programme, the Foundry, is one of the best in the industry. We recruit Account Planners, Account Managers and Creatives, and we are one of the only agencies to offer a genuinely integrated graduate scheme.
We offer fresh talent an opportunity unlike any other; the chance to learn the ins and outs of being an account handler, planner or creative on a piece of Leo Burnett business, as well as being given the freedom and responsibility to handle their very own Foundry clients - building a career in the most exciting graduate environment in London.
Applications for Creatives for a September 2013 start date will open in the summer of 2013 – keep an eye on The Foundry’s Facebook page for further details.
Leo Love is our volunteering programme and it′s all about giving a little bit of help to people who would really benefit from it. Over 50 of our people helped in local projects last year, ranging from helping to make costumes for the Notting Hill Carnival to Business Enterprise Days in schools.
All our hard work earned us the award for 'Best Contribution for Employee Volunteering' in Hammersmith & Fulham.
Whilst we're not a big carbon producer, we believe in doing our bit to keep track of, and reduce, our carbon footprint. Our mantra: 'consume less' led us to put in place a set of core actions to get measures in place to track our carbon footprint and our improvement in reducing it.
Last year our efforts in environmental management gained us the internationally recognised carbon measurement accreditation ISO 14001.
Lots of Burnetters want to make a difference – our Green Team is dedicated to maintaining our stance on this.
