English Pink is a start up rosé brand founded by two female entrepreneurs and masters of wine, Clem Yates and Sam Fuery. The wine is made using grapes grown in family run English vineyards. Whilst standing up to market leaders such as Whispering Angel on taste metrics, the brand was struggling to cut through against the Provencal rosé that dominates today’s market. We first worked with English Pink to develop their brand positioning. We decided to double down on the brand’s English origins, highlighting this point of difference with the new brand line; ‘Rosé without the accent’. We then revamped their look and feel, including new packaging that took the brand’s original horse-rider logo and modernised it, whilst embracing and elevating British quirkiness, ensuring stand out against the Provencal competition.
