The Enyaq iV was Skoda’s first ever fully electric car, marking a shift to a more premium feel, and an opportunity to attract customers that previously would never have considered a Skoda. In an increasingly crowded EV market, how could we make sure that the Enyaq stood out?
Insight
We realised that people wanting to buy an electric car are looking for more than just an environmentally friendly option, they want a vehicle that still looks great and drives well.
Idea
The Skoda Enyaq iV is a car of two personalities, good and bad, which we brought to life by imagining the two robots who created it – Purr and Grrr. Together they represent the caring heart of electric, mixed with the sharp design and performance of the car. Purr and Grrr starred in the TV spot that ran at the heart of our campaign, alongside Channel 4 idents, OOH, digital and across Skoda retailers nationwide.
