In the second instalment of our ‘Just Used Confused.com’ platform, we’ve dramatised the freeing moment customers experience after getting a great deal with Confused.com by having our customers turning into inflatable, helium-filled versions of themselves.

Our first released spot “Mother” features Helen comically floating onto the ceiling after saving money on her car insurance and then reality brings her back to earth when she has to consider spending time with her partner’s mother. The film closes with Confused.com’s distinctive “joyful whistle”, and will be supported by cutdowns across a range of digital channels over the next 12 months.

“Mother” was later supported by “Dad” and “Neighbour”, continuing the theme of customers feeling the monetary bliss of securing their new insurance deal, before the sobering reality of an awkward neighbour interaction and a father learning of her daughter’s marriage plans, brings our characters crashing back down to real life.
